I need to sell my apartment in Shaheen Heights Block 7 gulshan-e-iqbal karachi. Its a 3 bed, 3 attached bath, 2 balcony, drawing, dinning and american kiten apartment on 2nd floor. Need to know the market value of this apartment. Any guidance will be highly appreciated
Mate you asking about particular project.Leave the rest of karachi,on this road alone(muskan to gulshan chowrangi)more than 15 flats projects.Fix price can be given by agent who work on that area but generally there price range on main road projects from 33 to 37 lakh.I saw Shaheen Heights. Allied bank is in project,3rd or 4th project on left side if you turn from Muskan to Gulshan chowrangi.Good project with better parking space in front.If its front road facing and west open its may value more.
Thanks for ur reply. The estimate u proposed seems to be on the lower site as a google search for flats for sale in shaheen heights finds two bed flat asking for 38 Lakhs. This was six months ago and the market has since improved.
Can somebody else add their thoughts please specially real estate agents dealing in the area.

As told you before about any particular project its hard specially with not full information.Friend i wish you get the best possible prices but don’t judge on data you collect from web only.Best picture you can get of newspapers.Check e-paper version of sunday Jang it covers gulshan,jauhar and those upper middle class areas well.Dawn is best if someone looking for Defence and Clifton area.Abdur Rehman of East West ESTATE(goes by name of rehman bhai here )also active on zameen.He and owner of east west Abdul Qadir are one of most friendly and honest agents i have pleasure to meet.Rockwell representative also active here(don’t know its Khalid bhai or someone else).Don’t see Anwar of Bismah estate but his no i will sent you if you intrested.They all three are most active in Gulshan Iqbal (Munnaf Memon is here too but contact him in last)and if they don’t get you the highest possible price than nobody can
