I am an oversees Pakistani. I own a 1 Kanal area land that is covered by a 5,500 sq ft. 2-storey commercial building. The building is located in Bulberg 3 next to MM Alam Road and main blvd road. The location is prime.
Since the only way I can generate profit with commercial property, except selling or conducting business, is through rental. Therefore, may I please get some specific advice on finding a tenant? Thank you.
