I was allocated 600 sq yds plot in c sector 10 years ago, unfortunately the land where my plot is located is still not under the society's possession. The current executive body is not helpful at all and is very rude.
Need advice on what to do? I want to keep the plot in PECHS? Can any one help me to get a possession plot in good location

If your plot is not under the possession of pechs, then how can you claim the plot from the society. Is it under some litigation or what?
You may think of going to courts, but Pakistani courts are the picture of laziness. I wont suggest you that. Try settling the matter some other way (but the legit one).
Also, what is the concern of society. What does it say about plot? May ALLAH ease your problem. Aameen.
