I am considering DHA extension 2, Bahria in Islamabad and DHA Ph 9 in Lahore.
DHA extension 2 is not a patch on Bahria Town Islamabad. Even DHA Lahore phase 9 falls short. Prices in Bahria Town Islamabad have doubled during the past few months so if you’re buying purely for investment purpose, then you better buy a plot in Bahria Town.
I somehow disagree with Nafees Sahb here. Increased rates reduce the ROI on investment. If rates in Bahria Town have doubled already, you are likely to cash less profit once you sell them. On the other hand, the low rates of property in DHA promise to offer bigger gain after a couple of years.
