Sir i would recommend that please dont go e-12 as it has temporary boom by mafia and investors and rate in e-12 can drop any time .Cda is still not in mood to develop e-12.D-12 is a good sector but lacks basic infrastructure and facilities however in the price of d-12 u can also go for other residential sectors e.G i-8,f-10,f-11…and i would also say that if u have money right now,invest it now and dont get ur investment delayed.U can also discuss it with me at saadzafar92@outlook.com so that i can offer u different type of options.
Sir very large number of houses already constructed in g-14/4 and also a very large number of houses are under construction and people are living there.This sector has huge potential.Temporary roads are built and they will be constructed when construction oh houses will be completed.It has huge potential as g-13 but i will say that it has more potential.This sub sector also contains 60x100 plots and much better houses are constructed here as compared to g-13.G-13 has poor construction mostly constructed by dealers and local builders and g-14/4 has the houses made by owners and it has more beautiful houses.
Thanks saadi. I would like a plot in e12 but not at the price it is going at the moment. I think i will delay my plan for e12. But i like the location in d12 it is why i am interested in that.
Considering prices are already sky high, even then would you say they will rise after ramadan.

Sir 35x70 and 40x80 has relatively more growth as compared to kanal plot and growth depends upon market scenario…
Right time for purchasing in d 12 was 2012 when kanal plot was around 1 50 to 1 60 and it will be a good sector after 2 or 3 years as it will be connected to margalla avenue and also good view of margalla hills.
Yes that is true. But now i want one for building my own house so i was wondering around when i should purchase it. Recently i saw a bit of a drop in prices from before.
