We had a plot in gawader singhar housing scheme and now we want to sell it as we need money but we came to know that there was a ban to trasnfer land in gawader from around year
If we sale it now we are getting around 50 percent of land market price only
So any property agent in gawarder or expert can tell me
A) when will this ban lift and
B) what is the current price in ph 4 singhar housing scheme 200 yards plot
C) what is future expectations
