I have around 3 million in hand, I want to invest them for around 1 year.
I can even pay 1 lac per month installment as well (if its on installment)

Dha phase2 P or N block 3 to 3.8 million 10 marla according to location,
Phase8 safari valley 3 to 4.8 million and F1 4.4 to 5.5 million.
F2 and F3,D and E is also good investment in phase8.
about Gulberg,i don't have any idea but i am planing to invest.
you don't believe any one dealer check olx,zameen.com or local market then invest.i am very sure this safe and good investment.

1:Dha phase2 N and P blocks 3.2 to 3.8 you can get good 10 marla plot.
2:Bahria phase8 safari valley 7 marla or D,E,F2 or F3 10 marla.
3:other hand zone2 B-17 E block 10 marla normal plot or very good location+corner 30x60 3 to 3.3 million.
