Where in Islamabad buy house for own living?

Hi advisors,

I want to buy a home for our own living in Islamabad for around 15-20 Million. I need experts advice regarding where to buy, the size of the home should be 5-10 Marla.

What are the advantages and disadvantages of buying house in gated societies, can you please suggest some good societies to buy home?

Dear, you need to provide more details on your requirements such as schools/college/uni and office location. Do you want to be close to downtown (zone 1 or CDA sectors) or is it okay to live bit far away. In the second case, there can be some choices in Zone 2, 4 and 5.

In CDA sector, I doubt anything will fall in your budet.
