Dear brethren, I am interested in buying a plot 8-10 Marla for building a two portion house that I eventually want to rent out. Hence the location must be very hot in terms of rent out value. Past several days I’ve been checking prices on Zameen.com and I checked F-11, E sector, and G-13 sectors. My budget for plot is between 1 and 1.5 crore. What would be your recommendation? Thanks in advance. Fyi, I don’t have any real state agent yet.
The best location to rent out I would assume would sectors like F-6, F-7 and F-8 and a lot of foreigners rent around there. Not sure about the prices.
Buy a 10 marla double storey house in Bahria town phase 3 or 4. It will give you good rental income plus property price will increase.
G-13/1 or Bahria Town Phase 8.
