Dear friends, aoa. I would like to get your expert opinion regarding buying a plot in murree for building a guest house or a small lodging place. Can you please recommend an area that is not very far from the main city but also is not very expensive. In addition are there any things to check regarding the land before making any decision? Like trees, no trees, hills, no hills etc.

You know what, I have been chasing that idea for quite some time and i think the land near that Murree Brewery place is quite stable and rather cheap too. Of course its a bit far but its a good retreat…
Dear shaz murree is currently besy place for guest house or hotels. If we look commercially land should be near to mall road as main clientage is there but it depends on ur range too land is too expensive there and very less options are available

Faisal, could you send me your asking price, land size, and a location information via email? I am considering a multi story ( may be 1 or 2 stories) house with about 8-15 rooms. Budget is variable but obviously I am not a billionaire :)
