I would suggest you to develop a small portfolio of investment. You can buy some files in DHA phase 9. Plus, you can also focus on Bahria Town for funnelling some of you investment. Dont put all your investment in a single property. This would minimize the investment risk.

Phase 9, 1 Kanal file was traded around Rs. 38 Lakhs in September 2013 and now its value is around Rs. 50 Lakhs. I have a confirmed news that balloting will not be done during first half of 2014. I would like to get advise on the followings:
1) Is it a safe investment? 2) What is the fair value of DHA, Phase 9, 1 Kanal file?
