Where to buy plot for house 1st & investment 2nd under 2 million

I want to know expert opinion for buying plot in Islamabad. 1st priority is Peshawar GT Road. 2nd in Islamabad Express Way. Plot for making home for next 5 to 10 years.

Also I would like to purchase plot where it is expected that prices will increase. I mean best investment amount I can spend is less than 2 millions. So please guide me.

I think you might consider E 16/17 of Cabinet Div Society. The infra quality is very good and 1 kanal plot is available in 2 millions.

Additionally these plots are with possession, ready for construction.

I think under Rs 2 million it could be a reasonable choice, not for investment but for living.

The biggest advantage is u can get a kanal plot with possession in a cheap price. But of course, you can't be 100% sure about any of the sector/society.

And if you look at the query, he wishes to have it on GT Road. In Zone 11, after G-15 / F-15 this is the best option I guess.

I won't advise for F-16, there is not even a talk about its development in near future. You might end up blocking your money there.

I think you might consider E 16/17 of cabinet div society. The infra quality is very good and 1 kanal plot is available in 2 millions.

E-16/17 development is completed and plots are with posession. You can see the onground plot.

In F-16 development is not yet started at all.

What is your opinion about G-16 phase 2. In phase-1 development started but what is news about phase 2? I think E-16/17 is far away to Motorway chock. G-16 or F-16 is an easy excess day and night even. Padal bhi rat ko ja sakta han. What news about Maghala Road. My office is in I-10 so G-16 or F-16 suits me. Also I want to build house after 5 years almost.

What about B-17? Very good development. People start constructing homes even 2-3 homes is under construction in block C. One can buy plot on Installments also. E-16/17 is also good but society (management) is very weak.

Rs 2 million is a good investment you can easily get plots in zone 2 however, your requirement is one kanal plot so you cant avail in best options of zone which is G-15 and F-15.

You can buy in G-16 F-16 and E-17 plus B-17. I would never recommend you G-16 location is better then rest of 3 but they are very poor developers and they don't have funds (personal Recommendation should not be considered as an estate agent advise).

E-17 is undoubtedly a good sector as developer is Habib Rafique one of very famous name. Disadvantage of E-17 is that its location and entrance you have to cross exempted area.

B-17 entrance wise development wise its a nice sector but its 11 km away from motorway chowk and you have to cross Tarnol Phatuk and Sangjani toll plaza on daily basis.
