Where to Buy Plot for Investment purpose

I am Living abroad and want to invest some money like approx 15 million in the property market as an investment. I have targeted some areas like CDA sector G14 ( which would be better G14/4 or G14/3?) Then in Bahria, I am thinking to buy a commercial plot and few residential plots. Phase-8 has been recommended by some friends. Spring North or Rafi shopping center also recommended for commercial plot.

keeping in mind all of above, I'd request the friends of this forum to give your humble advice and better options to help me finalizing the target. I have plan to come to Pakistan in July 2012 and that time, i will visit these areas myself and will buy plots that time.

G-14/3 is better for investment but for long terms as G-14/4 is already developed so prices will raise slowly. Bahria is also a good option especially phase 8 few blocks do you want to keep your investment for long time or you will rotate it.

By the way best option is that in July you should visit G-14 Bahria G-15 F-15 DHA and also multi then it will be easy for you to take decision

In light of recent developments where Bahria owner Malik Riaz is being discredited for shoddy deals and he has already dissociated from Bahria Town, future of Bahria looks murky. In these circumstances CDA sectors and schemes of Defence Forces like Navy Army schemes are a better option.

Ideally its never wise to put all eggs in same basket. So I would suggest spreading your investment into commercial and residential and that too in Defence and Naval Anchorage. When in Pakistan please ask for any help. We are not dealing in property but we are builders and have reasonable know how of market.

Best investment in terms of return is DHA Lahore.
