Please give me your valuable suggestions and guidance to find plot in Islamabad up to 2 million for living and investment. These two are my purposes. I want to construct house after 5 years. So please help me.
H-13 is best choice. After 5 year your investment will appreciate more than 100%. In 2 million you can get 7 marla plot in good location.

F.17 T@T housing is the best option for investment for future.
But F17 is already around 6-7 million for a kanal plot that he wants!
