I want to buy a residential plot for construction of house in Lahore within a budget of 5.5 to 7.0 million PKR. I will be thankful for your suggestions.
What’s your preferred location? Plot size?
The plot size can be from 10 to 20 marlas.
I will be more interested in the vicinities around Raiwind road, but I am open to other localities also.
20 marla (1 kanal) is out of question, but for 10 marla these options are within your budget:
- Bahria Orahard (any phase)
- Bahria Town (Sector G)
- Fazaia Housing Phase 2
If you increase your budget then you might find a bargain in:
- Lake City
- Fazaia Housing Phase 1
For investment-only, Al-Kabir 3 or 5 marla are good choices. For long term (3-5 years) go to their phase 3 (Kings town)
