I am interested to buy shops in DHA-orleander for immediate return (rent). Would any one guide me about this. Is this right direction for immediate return? What is best scheme/Town to buy shops for immediate return as well as long term (2 to 3 years).

I dont think that DHA Orleander is a good option. Its not that much developed for immediate returns as per my knowledge is concerned.

If this is the case then would you guide me where to buy either few Shops or small size commercial plaza in Rawalpindi/ Islamabad( Budget is around 10 Million PKR)
