Sir u should also search for a studio apartment in e-11 in those plazas which are under construction.May be u find something.

Aoa, Would like to suggest u to invest in under construction apartments in bahria enclave. Just pay 1500000 down payment and get transferred in your name and with in one year the as soon as the apartments get ready the price will be doubled (surely) as its always in bahria like that (not the double of only your investment but double of total appartment price. So there u can make about more than 3000000 on investing 15 only . Regards
