Where To Buy?

Hi, I’ve invested some of my money in bahria enclave, now i want to buy a 5 Marla plot ,costing 20 lakhs in naval anchorage,is it a right decision? And please tell me, what is the future of naval anchorage extension? Because there are much cheaper plots.

Bahria is a good decision and a good investment but naval anchorage is good for long term and i mean very long term the reason being is the distance you have to travel from the highway to just enter in the naval anchorage.

If your looking for investment than try zone 2 and specially wapda town.

Thanx H–T !No doubt Naval anchorage is a safe lacality but rise of price in Bahria has been observed much higher than other localities, so if i want to invest for 8 to 12 months ,what would b better?I visited Wapda Town, some 7 months before. Being woman , i prefer organised and well reknowned localities to avoid any ‘‘phadda’’ in future.I also have a choice of buying plot in B17…Hope u ll guide me …Thanx

AOA. Well in your case B17 is a good choice and zone 2 will be the next big thing in Islamabad. As far as wapda town is concerned it is a very good scheme may be better than multi gardens but it is your choice. There are few plots on this site for B17 but please make sure you visit them and locate them on the map aswell. That would give you the idea what it will be like in few months or years. I can only guide you but wont be of much help because i am not a property dealer (thank god for that lol) check online and compare the prices of plots of any societies for last 1 year you will know how fast they are growing plus do find out out what is the reason for that jump or is it just artificial.

PECHS is also very good investment option. It is a registered society and safe investment as well. I know one property dealer who is also lady and deals in pechs also.

Respected MS Tanya Bahria Enclave area is scenic. Development standard and town planning is very good. Invest 20 lekh elsewhere but not in Naval Anchorage. Consider following options priority wise:

Zone-II E-17 3570 B-17 3060 F-16 30*60 D-18 Engineers Society 10 Marla D-18 AWT 10 Marla I will not comment on Wapda Town because i have not visited the project.

Zone-5 DHA-2: J K L M N Blocks 5 Marla River Garden: 3060 Gulberg 3570 Jinnah Garden 30*60 Zone-4 Bahria Enclave: 5 marla (well suited to u).

Zone-I 25*50 I-15, I-16

Thanx Mr Nadeem!B 17 and Behria Enclave r on the top of prioroty list . But y did u rule out Naval anchorage coz as far as i know it is one of the safest localalities and since 1986, we ve also observed rise in prices. behria Enclave is hot property but in smaller plots there r issues of possession plus some issue of old map and new map.can u guide what is the down payment of 5 marla plot ,and which block is suitable....more over u did not mention pechs, any reason?....Thanx for ur reply
