Sir bahria town phase 8,9,pechs,I-16,jinnah gardens are some of the places where u can invest.
My recommendations:-
1. Foechs (adjacent to i-16 but one third in marla price);
2. E-17. Cabinet society;
3. B-17 (e-block)
4. F-18 fatehjang road
5. Pechs fatehjang road
6. Multi park (zone 4)
@pk1 sb…Sir u are recommending multi park but it is not even launched yet…Do u have any news about it??And is anything will be available there in 1.5 millions.???I dont think so that anything will be available there in this price…

In foechs block a is already in possession and is nearest to the entrance so it is slightly more expensive. If you buy in block c or d, you can get cheaper plots and these will rise in value when possession becomes available.
You can check out the facebook group by the name of foreign office employees cooperative housing society (foechs). The members are discussing the society and you can tell them you are interested in their society. They will guide you or someone may become interested in selling their plot to u.

Yes i would also like some more information on these options, specially b-17 e block. Someone has recommended it to me for investment but i dont know much about it, i might visit the place after ramadan to get a first hand view. It would be useful if you can possibly shed more light on the future prospects and growth potential for this block.
E block of b-17 is good for investment. Possession is expected next year july.
30x60 all dues clear plots are available from 16 to 18 lacs depending upon location.
Some plots are also available on installments as well.

Dear pk1 E 17 plot prices are again a bit slow now a days is around 30 to 34 lac depends on location. 40 x 80 level possession price is almost 24 lac and 10 marla price is around 21 lac. B 17 e block all dues clear price is around 17 lac and on installments different own on diff bookings
