CDA sectors? Why don’t you consider B-17? From what I know it’s been doing great.

The CDA sectors performing well these days are B-17, G-16, D-12, and E-12. You can also contact Syed Ibrahim, PK-1 or Islamabad PR for further guidance. Also, there are some posts on this forum where informative discussion is on about various sectors and localities of Islamabad.

Thank you Samra. Farhan if it is purely for short-term investment, I would suggest considering one small plot in B-17 (C or E block) and another small plot in E-17/3.
These are Zone 2 cda sectors developed by societies. You can also consider them for future living.
Another option is to buy in Multi Orchard scheme 2 plots of 5 kanal each or 1 plot of 10 kanal (both options are available on installments). In my view this scheme located on M-1 motorway near Bahatar interchange is still under priced and will experience a boost when they hand over possession next year.
I see all of you are suggesting B-17. What factors make you do that over sectors live G-14, G15, G16.
After some home work, I had shortlisted G-14, Because of being in Zone 1, Already possessed and feel much safe there? Why should I go for B-17 rather then G14?

Sir go for a 25x40 plot in g-14/4 but i think its price is over 4.5 million and excellent location plots are over 5 million.G-14/4 would be the best option…I would recommend u to buy one plot in zone 2 e.g b-17,d-17,e-17,d-18 and another one in bahria town if u do not invest in g-14/4…
@ zain sb…Sir i think price for new booking is 65 lacs for 5 kanals but i do not know the amount for down payment…
Down payment for 5 kanal in new booking is Rs. 1,505,000 (fifteen lakhs five thousand). For 10 kanal it is Rs. 3,00,5000.

Thanks PK1 but i think these plots are no more with the MPCHS, we have to buy them from open market so i would probably ask some property dealer to give me a Quote
