Where To Invest I-12 / G-13 / G-14

I am interested to buy a plot in I-12 measuring 25x50. Please someone guide me either it is best to invest? Furthermore, which is best I-12/1, I-12/2, I-12/3, I-12/4.

Or where do I invest for better response please. It will be a your kind help for me as I had already faced handsome loss.

Investment is safe future of sector is good although price of plots is increased 200 % in last 15 months.

Best areas in I-12 1-Area of I-12/3 & I-12/2 facing NUST university. 2-Service Road West I-12/2 & I-12/1 ( Where I-12 ends). 3-Plots near I-12 Markaz. CDA has declared I-12 markaz "Islamabad Sadar". 90 % land possession is obtained by the CDA after giving 1200 plots to villagers of Bokra. Minimum 40 feet streets. Good location. Start of construction I-12 Markaz is expected in near future because CDA has auctioned plots there.

I won't recommend I-14 at all, rates are now decreasing there because of cancellation of proposed plan of connecting Kashmir Highway to the new airport and the road will pass through I-14,15,16, because of that rates were increased a lot, after cancellation of that plan, rates are decreasing now. Plus poor development standards and poor road network from last so many years, i would recommend you to shift to Bahria Encalve, G-13 is also a good investment, but never consider G-14.

So access to Kashmir highway is cancelled? Now that’s depressing
