A.A I want to invest almost 5 million. I have visited bahria phase 7 and 8 and also newly developed sector of cda. I am confused where to invest.
I am not really concerned of very high returns, but i want the investment to be secure.
Please guide.
Cda sectors are better option. In given range consider these options 3060 g-14/1 3060 e-12 3060 i-12 2560 i-11/1 & i-11/2

As per my opinion is concerned, you should go for bahria town, as the developments of bahria town are still considered as the investment haven. According to news report, cda has suspended 3 officials found guilty for illegal allotments.

@usman i prefer you to go for b.T all because there the investment is secure and nice place to live and in future if you want to have better return. It is a better option, its all my opinion…
Bahria town is a good option, also if you are looking to make future investment, i would suggest pechs society which is going to be a big commercial hub after the airport is operational. It is the closest society to new airport and most of the plots are captured already by investors.
Bahria town is really safe investment opportunity as its prevailing since long and expanded much. I will recommend you to go for bahria town as it can pay you back also.
