Yes e-17 is best for investment at the moment, As prices are still reasonable there.

As per your choice list the good brand is B-17 for safe investment, But 01 year time is not enough for good return and the reason prices already appricated too much in B-17.I would say you shoud wait for 2 years, by that time Margalla Avanue will be functional inshllah.Now MA is very critical for future of B-17.If MA complete in this period of time you will get very good retun inshallah.
Please dont consider A block for good and safe investment due to stone/Cement crushers and blasting. It is not good for health, plus dust.
Pls consider Block B, which is a bit expensive but best block in B-17, If your pocket not allow then C or E. E in case you don't have start construction immediately
What about G-16? Although the society is weak, but its location is great. Kashmir highway, new airport and G-16 access to KH will definitely give it another boost. Plus you can build a house if decide to live there.
But it should definitely be a possession plot, otherwise too risky.
B-17 E block is the best and much safe investment inshaAllah will be get good return in near future.
Cdechs is a recognized CDA sector and closer to Islamabad as compared to E block of multi garden which is outside ICT not CDA sector.

mature,Profit margin will be lower even after MA in
plots of size 3060 & 3570 in any B or C even small in
E(no Genuine-Buyer(little Demand)).For E profit will be
lower for any size.please don't decide on the present

2.Good profit in 5090 & 4080 plots in C & A. Why??
Because Genuine buyer will prefer C after B and then A
after MA.E prices will be always lower then B,C A.
3.My only concern for CDECHS is -- To commute b/w main slamabad and CDECHS through MA--its distance is more compare to B-17 and D-17.

Commute to main Islamabad from E-Block of MultiGarden is longer than commute from E-17/3 (Cabinet) whether you choose Margalla Avenue or you choose Kashmir Highway.

30/60 25 Lakh to 32Lakh 35/70 33 to 38 according to Location information by my dealer it's very good time for investment.
