I have little amount of rs. 1.3 million, searching plot in g-16/1 or jinnah garden which is better option for short term investment between them or elsewhere…??. What suitable price should be for g-16/1.

Around one and a half month ago i bought a five marla plot in naval anchorage for 1.3 million(total cost of ownership) and just yesterday a property agent called me and offered 1.5 for the same plot, so i would suggest that you should visit naval anchorage. Other than that jinnah garden is a nice option, and you should also keep in mind areas like pakistan town and adjacent townships, the prices of the plots and houses are increasing very sharply, nearly at all places.
