I have 2 files in jinnah garden phase 1 since last 4 years. Fechs has not even acquired land for these streets and the management is busy in corruption and developing commercial areas to compete with pwd.
The market rate of each of those files is 13-14 lacs. I don't have any additional money to add to sale proceeds of these files.
Where can i invest after selling these files. I am very dis heart with jinnah garden. Please suggest.
You did not mention the time frame for your investment.if you can wait for 3 to 5 years then buy two 5,5 marla files in dha city lahore.you can get huge reward in 5 years time.at this time this is best investment in 13.50 lac for 3 to 5 years time frame.
