Which Area Is Better I Can Buy 8 To 10 Marla Home DHA Or Bahria?

I would like to buy 8 or 10 Marla house but I am confused which area is suitable either DHA or Bahria? With the budget of 5 million?

Sir you cannot get even a 10 marla plot in this price at both the above mentioned places…Although you can buy a 5 marla plot in rafi block in phase 8 and spend rest of the amount on construction…10 marla plot in dha2 is around 6 to 7 million…

Not possible to buy 8 or 10 Marla house in this budget in Bahria or Dha. Brother, you have to increase your budget.

Thank you brother Irfan, in this case then how much budget will require to buy the house at DHA? let say 8 Marla? If you can share some experience?

Sir dha has 2 sizes…10 marla and 1 kanal…10 marla houses vary from 125 lacs to 180 lacs…1 kanal house varies from 230 lacs to 330 lacs…

The range is too low, consider PHA and Housing Foundation flats in G-11, Islamabad in this range.

8 marla DHA homes are still available for around 50 lakhs, but you will have to wait for atleast a year to get possession. Construction has been done by Bahria and is about the same standard as Bahria homes. Only issue is access which at this time is from Kallar Syedan Road but once DHA Expressway opens, will become direct. Thats the only option I can think of in this budget.
