Which Commercial/Residential Plots Are Good To Invest In Islamabad?

Seeking advise on investing 3-5 million in commercial or residential plots in Islamabad for good return.

Sir in zone 2 u can go for b-17,d-17,d-18,pechs residential plots.. In zone 5 u can go for bahria phase 7 and 8 residential plots... A 15x20 commercial plot in phase 8 for 53 lacs is also a very lucrative investment...

Dear for quick return and rental incomes also consider g 15 markaz u can get a small shop and a flat in ur range which will give u almost 26 to 30 immediate rental income. Plot wise u have to consider a bit less populated areas in zone 2 as jkchs commercials are quite expensive

Go for PECHS commercial plots in C block.

Before you guys advised me i was thinking of b17 10 marla plots. But its not final. I have one commercial in DHA Valley should i keep it or let it go. Thanks.

Sir dha valley commercial would pay you if you keep it for a long term.It is not a short term investment…

@ Zafar, Commercial plot in PECHS is really hot investment at present. Specially in C block which is developed and has possession. For prices you can check with some dealers.

Dear Saadi 40 x 30 size commercial rate in g 15 markaz is around 18 to 20 million on which basment ground plus 3 stories allowed, 266 sq yards size rate is more then 30 million , options are very less in g 15 markaz as some plots are already developed and some will start with in few months

What's your view on M block commercial in PECHS? They are selling 40 x 60 commercial plots for 10 Million on installments. I am weighing in on the options, and though it seems like a decent option, I have a few reservations.

M block commercial plots are very close to the future Kashmir hwy entrance of PECHS and they seem to be in depression (lower ground level). Secondly, I am not sure if kashmir hwy realignment will have an impact on these plots.

I will greatly appreciate your thoughts on this.

M block of PECHS has no NOC. So don’t buy there. Instead , go for Possession area plots. C block commercials are better option.
