For investment, I would prefer non-possession block which is E-Block.
For residence, I would prefer B-Block.
The prices are increasing day by day.....
To get exact prices, you need to talk to some dealers.
E-Block, 30x60 starts from 16 lacs and goes upto 21/22 lacs.

Dear Sheikh Sb b block is the most populated and developed block of sector b 17 plus nearest to main entrance gate for residential purpose only b block is preferable currently price of one kanal in b block is around 4.5 to 5 million depends on location. 10 marla price is around 3.5 million. C block is 2nd better option possession wise though not very populated but after b block it will be a good choice one kanal price range is around 3.5 million to 4 million depends on location. Purely investment wise e block is a better option if u dont want to construct in near future (almost 2 years) range of one kanal plot is around 3 million there

also I have seen some on for sale I think in d block for around 14-17 lakh? is this right or is that just a down payment that the seller is requesting and rest on instalments? is d block any good for long term investment purposes?
I have no intention of building a house, just mainly buying a plot and providing it increases in value would sell in the future for a profit. Would prefer long term (i.e around 3-5years when perhaps fully developed and possession given)
but if the possession area is well built then I think I maybe tempted to building a house for rental income.
Why is e block cheaper than faisal town? which one would be better?

Sir jee E-Block of B-17 was sold earlier then Faisal Town, so this could be one reason Faisal Town in my opinion is a bit over priced. Location of Faisal Town is closer towards Motorway and beside Fateh Jang road, this could be another reason.

MAB are the developers of b 17 who already developed e 11 for mpchs quality developers yes few plots in e block are available on installments
I heard that e block is not in ISB, its in pindi. Is it correct? Will it make difference to the future increase of prices of e block compared to b and c block?
A Block is near the Margalla Hills and it has also has a beautiful lake in it. Most of the plots in A block are big. Plus prices are also relatively low (because of hill blasting) so I think this is the best block from worth for money point of view. When blasting stops, prices can rise higher than B block.
Also, upper side of C Block (on the ) is wonderful. It has a good view of Margalla Hills like A Block and it has a good approach from the Main Road that is going to e block and Markaz.
So what is status of e-block, has development started there? or do they have plans in future for starting development?
If you was to rate the development standards, would you say its better than bahria and dha? or number 3 behind them? any views?
Development is going at good speed in E-Block, possession in next year. Development standard of Mulit is not so far behind DHA and Bahria, I would say it is better then CDA latest sectors.

I am tempted to buying a small plot in multi block e, but then again I might look further in block a. Any thoughts on which block is better?
D-Block have some land acquisition issues, people say that the same would be resolved soon, but don't how soon, so I would personally stay away from that.
Few months back, one of my friend was having plot in D-Block, I suggested him to sell that and get one in E-Block, he did that and now he is getting profit of about 4 lacs in E-Block. While prices of D-Block are still at the same point.
This may be D-Block, fully paid, if you are talking about 30x60 plots.
Don't know about developer, I assume they do it by their own.

If there are land disputes with d block then for investment point of view its best to avoid as prices will be same until resolved and it could take forever similar to the f-16 of jkchs of f-16/2. E block appears to be good choice, but im in two minds at the moment as I would like something on ground ready to construct…
