NFC-2, Bahria, Sui Gas phase-2…but first decide how much time you want to keep invested your money, plus other things like for pure investment point or possibility of living in future etc etc… Then you will be able to narrow down your list

Bahria Orchard is the best option for this budget. Bahria is now focusing its attention towords this project . A Highrise residential building is in Progress, Advertisement of which was also given in Jang news Paper of Last Staurday or Friday. They have Commercial Shops/Offices on the first and second floor and Residential Appartments on the Upper Stories. Bahria town school has shifted its Boys and Girls Senior Campus i.e from 6 th to A levels From Main Bahria Town to Bahria Orchard, A new hospital including Eye center is going to launch very soon, Zoo is also under construction and Possession of Awami Villas would also be handed over very soon. So stage is all set for the new boom of this Project . Rest Allah Knows better.

How long i should hold it ???
Its on nice location , just 2 lanes away from 120'ft Express high way and main Round Park of J & H.
Or should i sale it on 10.5 to 11.0 lec Own.+7.5 lec paid amount
(i.e; 18.5 lec Total price with 14 installemnts out of 16).

Yes Bahria town is hot favorite currently in this range…
Umer do not sold plot of Bahria Orchard. You can not find this Cheap Plot else where in lahore right now. I would recommend you to hold this plot for at least 6 months . A big jump is due in Bahria Orchard Now
I also agree with Zain Hamid. Please hold the plot for next few months.
