Lahore ring road southern loop is passing through audit & accounts housing society, phase 2. However, the prices in that society are still very low.
Can anyone in this forum explain why the prices are still so low in audit & accounts, phase 2, despite a great increase in prices in societies from where the ring road is passing like khayaban-e-amin. Lake city, and fazaia housing society?

Very simple.
First of all, LRR is passing near to Audit phase 2 (not cutting) and there are lot of difference between this and other mentioned by you.
All of the other societies(khayabane & fazaia, AWT) have residents living and fully developed except khaban. Their location is good.
Audit phase 2 dont have any such development and even not approved by LDA yet. Phase 1 even struggling till date for electricity issue and prices are not high as compared to other societies. Phase 2 is not ideally located as well.

Lahore Ring Road Southern Loop has been marked to pass through (CUTTING INSIDE) Audit and Accounts Phase-2, rather than just passing near it as you said.
A new flyover on Defence Road over Kacha Railway Station is going to open this month along with 150 Feet Road.
A new road has been constructed in front of the main gate of the Society that connects Defence Road to Raiwind City, which also connects to Ring Road Interchange at Halloki.

1st you should visit Audit phase 1 then try to concave to someone. Society was launched in decade of 1980 (Apx more than 30 years before)and still has not proper electricity system i.e. Not connect with WAPDA nor own power system etc. Second still no water sewerage/drain system that should link with Hyduria drain (as per plan). You can visit the site and witness that just they are draining their waste in unconstructed plots. Still has not proper societies’ mosque ( one constructed in a park). No park is developed yet, security etc.
It is my honest advice don’t be trap by any dealer/agent, workout prior to invest.
Points that you highlighted can sure boost the society but cannot lead to development , electricity , sui gas ect. Issues. So, be careful prior to investment.

The prices of Audit and Accounts Phase-2 will start increasing rapidly the moment Frontier Works Organization ( FWO ) will start its work on Lahore Ring Road Southern Loop.
Zahid Rashid Bhai, the development related issues of the Society won't matter as the prices are expected to be doubled there in a years time,
As an investor, I believe that its the right time to invest in this Society. The existence of Ring Road will altogether change the outlook of the Society.
