Why are there ABSOLUTE NO Mumtaz City plots and JKCHS plots for sale?
Can anyone explain the Ad/Disadvanatges of these areas?
Which one would be better and why?
Jkchs is in short supply for two reasons:
People who purchased plots there are mostly genuine house makers who want to live there not investors who want to buy and then sell.
Secondly many people from karachi are moving to lahore and islamabad. These people are looking for plots in areas where they can build a house and start living immediately. They are looking for places where there is gas, internet services, commercial facilities, pharmacies etc. Jkchs has all of this. So these people are pushing up the prices.
Agreed with pk1 Another reason is that prices are very high now a days in g-13 and g-14 developed area so people are trying to switch for next better option available in close location which is jkchs thatsy demand is more and options are less
I understand that for JKCHS, but why are Mumtaz City plots not for sale, What are the current prices in G-13 and G-14?
How long have karachi and lahori investers been investing in Islamabad? I would have thought, only this past year considering the prices have only just rocketed now...
