Dear DSA,

im sure tht due to vast experience of the field,ur company offers a solution for almost everything regarding construction.

But a specific answer wud have bn much appreciated so tht others can also benefit frm this.Hoping tht it wasn’t much to ask as this forum is for helping each other and sharing knowledge and experience.

Seems like there are no serious members left on this forum.

Majority is just out here to make quick bucks and just take advantage of ppl who have little or absolutely no knowledge of house building.

Let me answer my own question :)

60 Rs per sq.ft if calculated according to covered area.

Choghat = 45-50 Rs per ft

Doors = 250-350 Rs per sq.ft

Head and door jams = 80-120 pr ft

Casing = 45-50 Rs per ft

When it comes to wood so,even though they are expensive bt Diyar and ash wood are best as they are less likely to be affected by termites.

Solid wood doors are a bit overrrated too.Veneered doors are more cost efficient and can works just fine if u get them made properly.
