Well i have noticed that now its very hard to get the plot numbers out of Zameen.com Ads and any reasonable proce idea. Dealers prefer Whatsapp and use local groups for exact plots & prices?
Is Zameen.com loosing grounds in the market?
Not really because it is still the most-used platform for RE in Pakistan and still gets great viewership numbers. But yes, it must be made compulsory because dealers are abusing platform by not mentioning plot numbers. When you call them, they suddenly say ‘oh plot no longer available’.
