Zone 2 islamabad, want to buy plots for living/invetsment

Aoa everyone,

Can some pls guide me about zone 2 plots. There are a lot of societies an i cant make my mind. I have a budget of 30 lakh pkr and want to buy two plots (5 to 7 marla each) one for investment and one for living.

Can you pls prioritise the plot locations:

G-16 (phase ii) F-16 G-17 F-17

I know e-17 is good, but it is quite far from islamabad and one has to travel across ternol which is quite hassel.

1- b-17 multigraden (especially if margalla projet starts) 2- e-17

Pls let me know any area i am missing. Can one buy a plot on instalments. Most importantly, i want something secure in terms of frauds!

Sir in my opinion b-17 would be the best choice.F-17 is also a good option but a bit out range in your case.

If you can go at far distance of b-17, then also think about echs (engineering cooperative housing society) in d-18 (d-17 of same society, the prices r out of range). Possession is being given to the plot owner and few houses have already been constructed. Management is engineers and ex-army personal. 1-kanal u can buy around 28-35 lac. The prices are just little underprice which is a good thing, which is increasing almost every week or so.

@mirza what is pechs? Which sector e.G. G-16, f-17 etc?

Pechs is not in cda sector, it is rda (rawalpindi development authority). It is 2-3 km from new airport. Http://pechshousing.Com/index.Htm
