Speaking on the occasion, Minister Bilal Yasin said the government remains committed to ensuring access to housing for low-income segments, adding that providing dignified living conditions is a key priority.
He further noted that, on the directions of Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif, special emphasis is being placed on facilitating women, orphans, and other vulnerable groups under the scheme.
The minister added that linking loan disbursement with phased construction has improved transparency, accountability, and proper utilisation of funds, making the programme one of the province’s more effective public welfare initiatives.
