Islamabad: Fortune Destiny, a mixed-use project, was officially launched in Gulberg Islamabad on March 24, according to Shoaib Awan from Capital Zone.
The official opening ceremony was conducted on March 10 and the pre-launch booking phase extended from February 5 to March 23. According to Awan, there was an approximate PKR 400,000 increase in the price of all property options after the official launch.
The project is located in Block B of Gulberg Islamabad. Offerings include shops and 1-,2-,and 3-bedroom apartments.
The building is expected to be constructed and completed within three years.
