The enforcement wing of Lahore Development Authority in a joint venture with estate management wing carried out an operation successfully on Thursday to retrieve 33 kanals of land from illegal occupants in D-Block (Mussallay Village) of the LDA Avenue 1 Residential Scheme for Government Employees.
LDA has handed over the retrieved land to the Engineering Wing to start the development work on the land. According to officials, construction of roads and other infrastructure had already started on 250 kanals land that was earlier retrieved by the LDA from the illegal occupants of D-Block of Nasir Gunj Village.
