Islamabad: The government of Punjab has approved the construction of a road to connect Fateh Jang to the New Islamabad International Airport, according to a news source.
According to details, the road will connect airport terminal interchange with Rama Stop in Fateh Jang. The Punjab government and the National Highway Authority have approved of the project together. It will become a part of the Rawalpindi Bypass. Traffic coming from Fateh Jang, Pindi Gheb, Jand, Kohat, Karak, Hango, Tall, Bannu and the FATA region will get direct access to the airport through this route.
