• Separate washrooms for gents & ladies.

• Per event rent is 50000.
3) TERMS & CONDITIONS :
• Farm house annexy (building/house) is not available for guests stay, we only rent out farm house lawn having above mentioned details.
• Only one furnished room with attach bathroom can be arranged on request only for bridal room purpose via extra charges.
• Special discount available for 2-3 days continuous event only.
• Above rates only includes space charges & electricity charges.
• Catering/Food/Generator & all others can also be arranged on request via extra payment. (Not included in above listed package)
• Farm house is strictly not available for alcoholic/concerts & all sort of bachelors parties even having NOC.
• Fully secure environment having CCTV facility & security petrolling around farm house, furthermore special guards with licensed armours can also be arranged on request via extra payment.
