Overview
The progressive growth of membership motivated MPCHS to lunch the project of Multi Gardens Sector B-17. It is area wise the largest scheme of the Society with master piece layout planning. This sector is a gateway to Islamabad from up country including Afghanistan, Central Asia, and China through Margella Avenue. The sector has in built modern amenities of a comfortable lifestyle.
Facilities & Services
These facilities have been planned in accordance with high class town planning standards set by CDA, including all civic facilities required for a well-planned habitat.

Financial Incentives:

An incentive of Rs10,00,000/- (Ten lac) to the owners of plot size of Two hundred or more sq. Yards has been announced on 95% completion . Similarly on completion of single story incentive of 5,00,000/- (Five Lac) will be given to the member by the Society.

The incentive would be available to first Three hundred fifty (350) members on first-come first-serve basis. Likewise Rs. 10,00,000/- each is being provided to first 6 owners of Commercial Buildings at completion of Second Floor in Block-E.

Provision of Electricity:

Electricity work has since been completed and connect is given to residents. Power for construction is also available on demand.

Development of Lake/Dam:

Optimum utilization of water-ways and surplus water during raining season has been managed by the consultants of the Society in transforming such resources into four Season Functional Lake on 94. 46 kanal lands. The dam now stands completed. The project has been conceived after due deliberation for multi-purpose utilization of water resources which will include controlling water flow, raising sub-soil water level, regular availability of water for the residents for domestic and horticulture purposes, beautification of the area including lake-side entertainment spots, walkways etc. Large water reservoir has been created during this monsoon.

Majority members have taken over possession in Block B and have completed houses construction of houses. Construction on Commercial Plots has also been initiated. It was encouraged development of community living.
Development Work at site is now progressing at a fast pace. Some of the main features of work include:

Completion and carpeting of all Roads of A, B & C Blocks
Main entry Gate for Two-Way Traffic is operational alongside G. T Road.
Another Entry Gate on 140 ft. wide Road between A & B Blocks has been contracted alongside the Main G. T Road. The Main Road 140 ft. wide has been constructed and named Mian Akhter Avenue, in recognition of his services for the Society.
Landscaping around Entry Points has been tastefully planned and executed.
Civil works in Block A, B & C are in the final stage. Utility services are being made available on demand
Earthwork on and around Bocks ‘D’ and ‘E’ is progressing steadily. Formal contract for development of this Phase has been awarded.
Two Tube-wells have already been installed and made operational while a few more are under exploration.
Handing over possessions of fully developed Plots in Block ‘A,B,C’.
Horticulture work along Roadsides and Parks with clusters of varied sizes of plants and shrubs has already been initiated.
A public Community Club over 74 kanal land is also in process. It has been designed compatible to the existing national and international clubs containing all modern in-house amenities planned in Block ‘B’.
Provision of Super Stores in Blocks ‘B’ and ‘E’ has been made to ensure availability of all kinds of merchandise for the residents.
Major portion of Water Supply would be arranged from within the Scheme through installation of the tube wells, supply from neighboring water sources and rain harvesting.
