MISCELLANEOUS CROPS
* Tomatoes, Green Chilies, Wheat, Bitter Gourd, Pumpkins, Jantar, Maize and other crops are also grown on an area of 30 acres.

* Sometimes, Sugar Cane Crop is sown,which is of Special Variety which produces "sugar cane juice and Ganderi" and is directly marketed in Sugar Cane Mandl of Karachi.
* Rs. 200/- per mound is the average Farm price of this variety of Sugar Cane. Cutting, transporting cost is borne by the purchaser.
* Presently, Tomatoes, Green Chilies; Maize are sown in the Land .
* Cumulative income from different crops per year is, averagely, about Rs. 1,000,000 (Rupees One Million) after deduction of the cost of inputs.
* All above mentioned annual incomes are fetched by Orchard Land on which coconut-it and chickoos are grown.
* If the Orchard Land is added with additional features like, a Swimming Pool and other facilities to make it a Picnic Resort, an additional income to the tune of Rs. 2.0 to 2.5
* Million per year can easily be obtained. however annually Rs. 8.0 Million to 9.0 Million is the safe average income.

OTHER CROPPING

* This whole area can be utilized for Fish Farming, Dairy Farming, raising a Picnic Resort, Cattle breeding and general cropping.

MECHANICAL
* One Diesel Engine is in Stand-By for lifting water in case canal water supply falls short for a few days in winter which rarely happens. Irrigation water for cropping is supplied by "Jam Branch" which flows by the side of our land.
*The machine is designed to discharge 6" water spout.
* There is one 5 KV Generator (Yanmar Co. ) which requires minor repairs.

LABOUR FORCE & IRRIGATION:
* Only one Manager & two laborers are permanently employed. All other cultivation and farm maintenance work is done through hired labor on need basis. ' Experienced Hails (Tenants) can also be given land for cultivation of various crops. The Manager is an honest and dedicated worker, associated with this Farm for the last 20 years
* Entire area is irrigated through canal water. The "peech" is from two water courses. However sometimes, for a short interval, owing to shortage of canal water, diesel engine is used to lift water temporarily.

WORTH OF LAND
* The Farm is situated at a distance of 15 KM from (Gharo Town (10 minutes drive).
* It is situated in between Coastal Highway at a distance of 6 and 4 KM from Highway respectively. Access is through a metalled road inter-connecting the Highways.
* On south of the Farm (seaside), a Wind Power Project has been built hence abundance of electricity supply.
* - On the vicinity of the Farm, several Farm House Projects are being built by the Private Builders and Developers. This Farm land could also be used for Farm House Building project.
* Architectural maps for constructing Farm: Houses on this Farm land have already been got prepared and the project can be initiated easily and conveniently.
