At present, the rent received from the bank is PKR 346,000 per month.
From 1st January 2026, the rent will increase to approximately PKR 375,000 per month.
This amount is quoted without deduction of withholding tax.
The bank has rented the Ground Floor and First Floor.
A 10-year agreement was signed.
The first 3 years will be completed in December 2025, and the 4th year will start after that.
The bank pays one year rent in advance, so InshaAllah I will receive the full rent for the next year in December 2025.
I have rented the basement to Super Market since 2015.
From 1st October 2025, the basement rent will be approximately PKR 170,000 per month.
This amount is also quoted without withholding tax, and they pay the rent monthly in advance.
We are now completing the Second Floor, and InshaAllah we expect a rent of around PKR 60,000 to 70,000 per month from it.
Currently, the plaza has four levels: Basement, Ground, First, and Second Floor.
The covered area is approximately 5,400 square feet.
Permission can be obtained by paying the fee to construct one more floor.
