I have been in this plaza for around 5 years. My main business line is uniforms, books & stationary. I have been in this business for almost 10 years with a previous record of books of about 20 years.
G1 Johar town is a rapidly developing market with a heavy rate of customers. My business it self attracts around 500 customers of pakturk international schools and colleges, lacas and many other schools on a single day during march & april, august & september. So basically you have a free advertisement of your products.
I have 3 areas for rent inside my shop and separate counters are available aswell.
1rst area is on the 1rst floor in around 37. 6m2 with a front display glass facing the Johar town G1 market. Currently occupied by darussalam but we are removing them from that area on our own accord. You can see in the first 4 pictures how the area looks from the outside and the inside aswell.
