LDA City Lahore Area Guide

LDA City is a landmark project of the Lahore Development Authority. It builds on the success of the LDA Avenue project on Raiwind Road. The management has roped Osmani Private Limited, a top town planning and design firm. It is a community-led scheme covering 41,000 Kanals. Around 7-10% of the land is earmarked for commercial areas. Parks, clubs and other green spaces dot over 30% of the land.

Land acquisition and development in LDA City is underway. The housing society has carried out three phases of plot ballotting so far. These are the four development partners of LDA.

What is LDA City’s location?

The housing scheme is in Kahna Town on Ferozpur Road. The LDA city map has five different entrances and connects to an interchange of the Lahore Ring Road. Residents can get to Gulberg, DHA and Bahria Town in a short time. Allama Iqbal International Airport is 15 minutes away by car.

LDA City is opposite DHA Phase 9 Prism and Phase 10 on the other side of Ferozepur Road. Lake City, Valencia, DHA Rahbar, Al-Haram Garden, Park Avenue Housing Society and Safari Garden Housing Scheme are nearby.
