Zameen.com held its Business Connect event in Faisalabad on June 26 at the city’s acclaimed Royalton Hotel. Hosted under the auspices of the Zameen Affiliates Programme, the event was a follow up to the successful spectacle that was organized in the same venue only a few months ago.
Zameen Affiliates Programme – a Recap from the Event
More than 60 Zameen Affiliates attended the event and they were briefed on everything that they needed to know about utilising the Zameen Affiliate Programme to its full potential – and earning the maximum income through their efforts.
The Zameen Affiliates Programme (as an introductory recap) gives both agents and everyday individuals a chance to sell the inventory of real estate projects exclusively marketed by Zameen.com to the public. It doesn’t matter if the Affiliate is someone with decades of property market experience under his (or her) belt, or an individual looking to venture into real estate for some extra income. What’s more, the programme is easy – both to understand and to work with.
The commission earned under the Zameen Affiliates Programme can vary with each project, and the amounts applicable for each project are specified in the ‘Schedule of Commissions’ shared by Zameen.com with its registered Affiliates in written form.
An Affiliate can only market or sell inventory from these projects with Zameen’s express permission, and a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) has to be signed between the two parties before the launch of any promotional/sales gig.
Another Success Story
Business Connect Faisalabad began with an orientation session given by Manager Affiliates Network Agha Sultan Mehdi. He explained the history and the purpose of the programme and elaborated on how it continued to benefit affiliates.
In the briefing, the Affiliates were also introduced to the Propforce app – a web-based portal which provides complete access to the full range of real estate projects inventory that Zameen.com offers a commission for, and in turn, to Pakistan’s real estate market. It also serves as a valuable tool for anyone looking to invest in Pakistan.
This introductory (agenda-setting) briefing was followed up by ‘Touch the Projects’ – a presentation delivered by Regional Sales Manager Muzzaffar Majeed. As its name suggests, the presentation briefly detailed all the projects part of Zameen’s going inventory; and which Affiliates can become a part of to earn hefty commissions.
Afterwards, Zonal Manager Salman Sajid and Assistant Manager Sales Ali Abbas addressed the Affiliates and provided further details regarding these projects. Later, Agha Sultan Mehdi shared the complete commission structure relating to several of these initiatives, so they would know exactly what to expect (should they consider applying for one).
Talk of Zameen Opal, a newly launched project by Zameen Developments, figured prominently during the event’s proceedings. The project, in a nutshell, represents a culmination of the knowledge and property market insights acquired by Zameen.com over the 12+ years of its operation (and de facto dominance) in the country’s real estate sphere. Zameen Opal, as a residential project par excellence, has all the right qualities to attract both local and overseas buyers and investors.
One of the ways in which Affiliates can effectively sell and market Zameen Opal is by adopting the project branding within their business premises. The event’s attendees were provided information on how this can be done to maximise profits.
Zameen.com’s Classifieds section, as another company avenue which promises lucrative returns, provides a fantastic way to market and sell any project. The guests were further provided all the details on how to capitalize on this space.
All Good Things…
Nearing the end of the event, several members of Zameen.com’s senior management awarded certificates of participation to the guests, while the Affiliates were given their commission cheques. Later, a delicious lunch was served to satiate the appetite of everyone present; ending the event on a hearty, jovial note.
For several years now, Zameen Business Connect Events have been all the rage in Pakistan’s property circles. They are a good embodiment of the company’s commitment towards making real estate accessible to all Pakistanis – whether they choose to enter the fold as buyers, sellers, or profit-seeking middlemen.
