4 kanal zone II, Islamabad

Hi, i am an expat living in Australia.

I am trying to find a place for small farm house i.e 4 kanals, but the problem is I don't have all the money upfront. So, i would prefer installments and i can afford 3 lac per month installment. I don't plan to live there for next 5-7 years.

Pertaining to this criteria can somebody recommend any options?

Your advice will be highly appreciated.

Islamabad Orchards of (MPCHS) is a farmhouse scheme of 5 kanal and 10 kanal plots. It is not in zone ii but on the same side as zone ii Islamabad. Access is available via motorway but you can also go down gt road and turn left from Wah Cantt.

You can buy these plots from owners who are still paying installments.

People have discussed this scheme under the title 'Islamabad Orchards' in most discussed posts.

Thanks for your quick reply, but Islamabad Orchards is far away (50 ks from zero point).

If there is no easy option in Zone II then what do you say about other zones ? Keeping in mind the other requirements specified earlier.

I would also like to know the status of Bahria Enclave Farms and what would be the payment schedule for a 4 kanal farm there?

I appreciate your help.

Every farm house which is on installments is far away from zero point. But if you want to invest for 5 years then Islamabad Orchards is best. It is only 8 kilometer away from B-17 and owned by the best company in Islamabad.
