DHA Phase FIVE Islamabad

I think construction work is slow due to winter.

As far as Homes are concerned, any one can start building on it. It was ready few years back. But commercial activity is slow for sure.

This side will fill up at lightening pace. Have you forgotten the initial few years of Sectors A to J? Things seemed dead slow.

If you look at the latest Google Earth imagery, the signs are that sectors K-Q will be prettier than sectors A-J.

Home construction as in the place doesn't seem to be kicking on since no facilities available atm inside otherwise yeah the plots are ready for construction if one wants to construct.

p.s What is DHA going to do with regards to the interchange that needs to be built for the ISB exp. Way? Gulberg I believe has started doing some work in that regard.

Can we construct house in sector N’3rd Ave now?I mean is dha giving possession in this secctor. Can somebody put light on it?

K-I see many houses in K block and people are living.

L-block 3 to 4 houses and one building which was under construction.

M-there was two to three house structures.

N.one house or what under construction.

P-Q-nothing construction.

In my opinion construction will start in one to two years after signal free expressway,commercial activity and overhead/underpasses.

The time is not very far and please mark my words.

Market price 10 marla in N block 5 to 6 million depend on location.

10 marla in P block 6 to 7 million depend on location.

In my opinion P is best for 10 marla.

Btw I should mention recently some army service benefit plots were shifted from DHA Phase 4 to DHA 2 P and Q blocks.

I am also overseas.K (L block near to Dha expressway height location)P and Q are good for kanal size.

Personally i like K,P and Q for kanal size and 10 marla in P block.

What are current prices in K to Q for one canal?

This is a very time taking question. Sectors K to Q have a lot of streets and each month prices on each street can be different. If you really wants a quick answer then first choose your sector and the streets of your interest and then ask specific question or just tell your budget. For example ask where can I buy a corner/non corner 1 kanal plot in sectors K to Q for say 80 lacs or 1 crore. I am sure you will get a quick answer then.

I visited P sector last Sunday after a gap of roughly 3 months. Here are my observations, i might be wrong as i was comparing the on ground construction with Maps available on net and google earth. During last three months there was a satisfactory amount of work that had been done, street 5A is near completion and work on the 1st Avn has started, infact they have cleared a good amount of hill area for 1st avn foundation. It looks like that commercial area (touching DHA express way) of sector P will be completed real soon and it is at expressway level. They have not flattened the highted area away from the expressway (deep into 1st Avn), so assumption is residential plots near to first Avn will be at some height.

What abt development speed in sector N, 3rd ave…does somebody have any idea about future of this sector.
