Q block is almost ready for possession…around 25% appreciation is expected with possession which is expected to be within this year but major bost is expected after start of work on 3rd phase of islamabad expressway.
@ Masterinvest i don't see much appreciation as prices are already on the higher side. If u compare with plots in phase 2 on the otherside plots which are available from 140 lakhs onwards which is fully populated. And sector K and L which is already possession from last 7 years having some houses already still have no growth as there are no commercials , schools and lively activities.Rest u can analyize.
But yes prices will increase once the expressway is clear commercial start constructing and the area gets inhabited in probably 5 years after.
What are the timelines for completion of DHA expressway and the signal free highway?
Expected in next 5 years.
Does this mean the prices of DHA Valley Islamabad will also stay where they are?
Has the official map of DHA Islamabad Phase V is published? If not than any idea when it will be available. The construction work has been slowed down but has not stopped. I guess the prices of phase V and DHA Valley will improve before the end of the year.

I have noticed that the 1 kanal plots in phase 5 have gone down by 10-15 lacs as compared to December 2015 prices. The main reason that I can guess is the non availability of the official map of DHA Islamabad Phase 5. It can also be the political situation of Pakistan. Any ideas?

Prices are going down in Sector P of Dha phase 5.
Reason is development work is now totally stopped , Equipments are parked at yard.
Why - Due to non availability of funds to continue.
The prices are falling, that might mean investors are gearing up to buy. I think Gurus can provide insight into market…
The main factor of prices rise or fall is development .since it is halt so it is dropping.
Other thing is except Bahria Karachi and Gwadar rest of pakistan there are no buy & sell activities ie market is slow.
This is very sad development. I visited the site just after Eid and the development was on going at good pace. A dealer told me that target is to give possession by October End.
Seems like another empty promise in order to keep interest of helpless investors!
Seems like DHA Islamabad as an organization tends to manipulate the market in interest of DHA and major investors. This is obviously done at the cost of Small investors/general public. Unfortunate.
I visited the site just 2 days ago and development was going on. Infact all the roads were done and just need final carpeting. The development was even expended on the left of ghulam hussain avenue. I dont know from where people get inside stories of no funds just like our media anchors
Sir i was even shocked to see the decli e of 1 to 1.5 million in tag price.Infact it was a source of amusement for me.
Tanzeel, thanks for this update. Even I was surpised. As I mentioned I visisted the place just few weeks ago and development activities were on going at good pace.
But then how donwe justify the decline in prices? Impact of SC decision, may be?

In Dec 2015 for phase 2 sector P street 6A the the price of 1 kanal non corner plot was ranging between 1.05 and 1.10, the same street after renumbering has become phase 5 sector G and street 9. The current price after 1 1/2 years shows between 90 and 95 lacs. Please somebody correct me if I have misjudged the situation.

Anees sb - in dec 2015, non category plot of P was roughly 95 lac. And category plot was 1.05
I think your information of dec 2015 is a bit mixed up.
Also the P block is now F in phase 5
