Mubashir Sir.Development in P block is going at previous pace and no funds issue is there as far as i know about the things,although not from the official sources,even some element in the market is whistling for its possession very soon may be in Jan to Mar time period but let me tell u this is not the official word sir and ours' guess can be as good as others since things are not coming from the official channels.Even my comprehension says that the possession may come by this timeline and it doesnt seems to me a distant dream but lets see.From investment view point for the period of 3 years,surely it wohld fetch better returns interma of ROI as comoared to 10 marla of L block.There are no 10 marlas in K block sir.Lastly may be you have visited the site near eid,and u know our people,they start to halt their business activities even 10 to 14 days prior to eid so that is why,maybe,u have witnessed a sluggish element in development.Let me advise u in this situation as far as my limited understanding works,buy a kanal plotbin P block for the period of 3 years,wait for it to mature,then see on ground position of things.If people is inhabited enough to have a house,you can start construction over that plot in P block,otherwise it would never be difficult to switch to the 10 marlas in earlier blocks after selling a kanal plot in P and u may shift later analysing onground situations.In this way you acn maximise your profits i think.

I checked from DHA office regarding the possession of DHA 5 Block F. (Old Dha 2-P) and they are saying it will be ready early next year. Fingers crossed!

You are looking at a market value of Rs 1 crore 10 lakh give or take. Price will be much higher if it is a category plot.

And how do i know whether mine is category or not?

Category ones is the boulevard or corner or boulevard corner.Category is always mentioned on allotment letter.

Farooq saab your plot is worth 1.3 to 1.5 crore at least even if it is not category plot.

Asif sb janab koi confirm offer bhi le den na iss range main.In my assessment it is far less and the reason being you dont know the on ground situation of this plot maybe.Kher aap offer dilwaien confirm is bracket ki.

AoA respected seniors! why the prices of open certificates of various blocks in DHA Phase 2 Extension on decline? Is it recommended to buy them for long term? (3-5 years) the ones selling for 27 lacs on zameen.com.

Anees sb if you are in Islamabad or plan to visit soon, it may be a good idea to get it from property dealers dealing in DHA 2 and 5 or from the DHA office in phase 1.
