@ Abid. Phase 5 is located on the foot wall of Islamabad Expressway / Highway which is planned for expansion in a year time plus it is adjacent to Emaar and Gulberg . Dha phase 2 is on the other side of Dha phase 5 . Where there is world trade center APS, DES, and MCdonlad.
To summarize it short there is no comparison with Dha Phase 4 . As per me investment it is better to invest in
Bahria Phase 8 rather then Phase 4.
Experts please shed your views also. Especially Saadi & Nadeem & others .
And Abdul Qayuum Saheb also please.

Abid sb,phase 4 can never ever compete with phase 2 and 5 as they both are located at main highway having high investment trend.

Both the links that you suggested are showing old phase 2 (KLMNPQ) maps and not new Phase 5 maps. If anybody can get me DHAI phase 5 sector G map then I can request somebody in Islamabad to collect it and then mail it to me as somebody mentioned in this forum that the hard copies are available with some dealers. I will be in Islamabad in 7, 8 months.

Ikram sb sir definitely it is a lucrative option to invest and dha commercials in majority of the cases gives very good roi.P block commercial is one best option in this budget.

Recently saw a newspaper clipping shared on whatsapp group, according to which a survey has been initiated for expansion up to 8 lanes. Tenders will be requested in 2 months time and 3.5 km road upto Naval Anchorage will be completed in 6 month period. Let’s see & pray for early completion of the remaining patch.
U mean from Rawat to Naval Anchorage is 3.5 km ?
Mubashir ab muhammad sb is right.This planned expansion is from koral chowk till naval anchorage.
Sir the project is being executed in phased manner due to the complexity involved.Lets see.It would be executed but in my opinion would be a bit time taking process.
